Congratulations to Dr. Paul Morris, Ph.D.
Congratulations to Dr. Paul Morris for successfully defending his dissertation, “Computation in Self-Attention Networks”.
Paul Morris joined the MPCR Lab early after it started when he saw William Hahn and Michael Teti at the FAU stadium showing off their rover project. Since then, Paul worked on a variety of projects from high throughput drug screening to pose machines and nonlinear dynamics of large language models (LLMs).
Paul served as a mentor to many undergraduate and graduate students at FAU as well as a taught during FAU’s and the MPCR’s first Short Course in Deep Learning in the Summer of 2017.
Once again, congratulations Dr. Paul Morris! Thank you for all the hard work and mentorship you’ve provided for us at the MPCR and at FAU! We wish you the very best in all your future endeavors!
